  Mission Statement
This website is dedicated to the support of the Strategic Qatarization Plan initiated to achieve a quality national workforce in the Energy and Industry Sector in Qatar pursuant to the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, and the transformation outlined in the Qatar National Vision 2030.

The development of the Qatari workforce cannot be underestimated, through proper education and training, is a primary national objective designed to enhance the development of the country. It is a prerequisite to ensure the well-being and prosperity of the country.

Qatarization represents a significant investment in support of the preparation of Qatari human capital as one of the pillars of the Qatar National Vision 2030, and the Strategic Qatarization Plan will continue to implement aspects incorporated in the National Development Strategy.

The success of the Qatarization Plan needs individual ownership and mobilization of resources. It requires the full support and commitment of every employee, every manager in every company participating in the Strategic Qatarization Plan.

It also requires close liaison, partnership, and coordination between the Energy & Industry Sector, and Government Ministries and educational institutions to ensure Quality Qatarization.

The role of expatriates as partners supporting the Qatarization process is very important. Expatriates who have contributed favourably to the Qatarization drive are seen as valuable members of the workforce. The employment of those high performing expatriates will continue in new business developments and expansions in the Energy and Industry Sector.

Every citizen who is aspiring for development and advancement, and who meets the requirements for employment in the Energy and Industry Sector, can step forward and join us. They are our future.
