“Quality Qatarization is a very positive force at QEWC,” says Mr. Fahad Al-Mohannadi, the General Manager of the company. “By encouraging nationals to run their own country and seek challenging jobs in the country’s human resource market, decision- makers are signaling apparently that they value the contribution of local talent in nation- building process”, Mr. Al-Mohannadi added.
