The Five-Year Strategic Qatarization Plan represents a structured effort to expand the Qatari workforce in the Energy and Industry Sector. The 50% target gives us a challenge to aim for.
Mechanisms and processes are in place for this purpose and are continually reviewed and updated. Concerted efforts are being made.
We are aware of the various constraints; however we are confident that we are heading firmly in the right direction, keeping in our sights the ultimate aim.
