The program prepares Qatari men for a career as industrial security professionals for the Energy and Industry Sector industrial starting as Security Guards.

Trainees receive instruction in the following subject streams, English, Mathematics, Computers, First Aid, Security and participate in Physical Training.

Duration of the Program
The program includes relevant classroom study and practical on site training at work locations.

Eligibility
- Qatari males
- Medically fit
- Holds a Secondary school certificate and scores a satisfactory level in the school examination
- Meets Qatar Petroleum selection criteria

Location of the Program
- Training at Qatar Petroleum’s Training Centres
- On-site training in major locations
- Local external training provider
